Short story #2 - The Puzzle King
2.5 ⭐
Better than the first story, the plot was more believable and was a bit more well-written.
However, it was essentially the same plot as the first story. Person gets murdered, MC is suspected of being the murderer because the victim was poisoned and the MC was seen bringing them food right before they died, etc etc.
Don't know if I'll keep reading right now or no

Short story #1 - Elvis has left the building
1.5 ⭐ What even was that lol. The writing was bad, the plot was stupid, the characters were all unrealistic and horrible, these GROWN MEN AND WOMEN were acting like they were 15?? Like why was a 28 year old woman throwing a hissy fit.
It's advertised as a cozy mystery but they literally get shot at like 4 million times lol.
Also the romance was dumb and made no sense.
