Finished with The Kingmaker! It’s classic Kennedy Ryan, showing the depth of research and heart she puts into her books. The first 15% of the book felt a little too well researched and not as story focused. Once she gets the main characters together on page, the book sizzles. Boy oh boy, Kennedy Ryan heroines can hold a freaking grudge, too.
