Knocked half a star down only because the amount of r*pe in this book was actually alil overbearing. Also the 3 some had my jaw dropped but I kind of expected it since the way Kai & Sydni speak to each other is out of pocket. But tbh that scene could’ve stood right in the drafts. Other than that though, I loved both books. I did the audio for both & narrators had me hooked.
