I hate the infantilizing structure of this book and feel skeptical of plenty of its claims… but I did just (anti-inflammatorily) floss my teeth before bed, so it’s doing something right!

Now I know what my friend Belén got done. The QEEGs & more… not sure what his big revolution is yet, except to prescribe fewer pharmaceuticals & more exercise & vitamins… which has always been part of good treatment, so…?
