This was a difficult read for me. Very slow pacing and the strangeness that I felt was promised fell flat and was disappointing.

I'm not disappointed--in fact, I find it surprisingly readable. And I think I'm finally getting to the degree of immersion that I'm starting to intuit the book's narrative logic. So I'm gonna keep going :)
