i wish there had been any indication at all that this was going to be 50-60% memoir- it's not really dissecting myths at all? i'm kinda disappointed ngl

an interesting application of a societal "harpy" as "a woman who dares to do anything"

perhaps that should have been an inside thought

(not a complaint) i did not expect this to include so much of the author's personal life
