it was all very surface level

predictably
i enjoyed the gore and violence and action more than anything else
mainly
the sex scenes every other chapter
i refuse to call it smut
bc i only use that word when it’s actually good smut
not like this shit
it got old four books ago

i’m eating this two stars bc it was just more of the same shit
and a weak ending tbh
i feel next to nothing for the characters now
except maybe zachs
