“uncomfortable” is not nearly a strong enough word. i had to peel myself away from this book for any chance of a restful night’s sleep.

i keep waiting for this book to “tone down” which is my naivety speaking.

i fear that this book may change my life and force the painful, penetrative act of self-reflection. whether it be on how i consume, both literally and figuratively, or even how i express my love.
