These poor characters spent the dreariest Christmas…a tropical storm, then a dead body washes upon the shore!

Ruby Stock and John Shilto seem tailor-made, in a GA murder plot, to be victims- if I was Mr. Stock,wouldn’t turn my back on the nasty, greedy, Ruby, either!

Love the descriptions, and already some interesting murder possibilities- closed British expat community lends an almost locked-room vibe - claustrophobic, gossip abounds, everyone knows everything!

Love the set up, background story in author’s note - she actually wrote this before WWII while visiting Andamans, war took out all the buildings, she says total ruin and abandoned now - scurried off to Google to see pictures!
