As an avid athlete, and life long soccer player, “Elmers” has officially become my story. It is such a beautiful meaning to letting people show up, to shut them up. Letting yourself believe, and bury the inner doubt. It’s the best medicine and therapy humanity can provide; GRIT!

“Lies.” This small insert speaks so much power to our internal belief of who we see ourselves at time. Nevertheless, we are humble to our own true selves. We need to love ourselves more before we look to love others. We feel the need to want to support and share, but do we give ourselves the same respect in return?

“Poems.” What an amazing chapter. I find I agree a lot of it.

“Brave.”- To be brave is to forsake all others to be true to yourself.
This chapter was amazing!

“FEELS.” This chapter explains so much growth, pain, new beginnings and overcoming obstacles in one’s own mind. It is a moving chapter and I enjoyed it a lot.
