why is nothing and simultaneously everything happening? like the plot hasn't moved forward in the last 100 pages but it feels chaotic. ve schwab hasn't failed me yet but im skeptical about this one. the villain has absolutely no motive but being bad for the sake of being bad. everyone is hating on holland when hes the most justified out of all of them. also, how is rhy alive?? im confused on how this works.
