It’s taking me a second to get into the story, but I think the magic system is pretty cool. I haven’t really connected with Talasyn yet, but I also haven’t found her annoying or anything. The only real critique I have is that the beginning has felt pretty info-dumpy, and I wish it had felt more natural.
