for some reason the first thing that came to my mind as i was reading the lines 13-27 was the thing that president snow said to seneca crane about hope.
"Hope. It is the only thing stronger than fear. A little hope is effective. A lot of hope is dangerous."
so i just had this urging feeling to write it down. IDK why!
