I'm actually somehow the opposite when it comes to tv. idk why but I can rewatch it 10 times in a row and not get bored. but books? one time thing ig

I only re-read books that I consider akin to my children 😩🙂‍↕️ I just skim through it (reading only the parts that I want to read)

this is so real actually like right after I've finished a book (like a day or two later) I usually find the parts I really really liked and reread them again

this year was the first year I regularly read new books instead of rereading 😭 like I had the same 10 or so books I just read over and over again, the only thing was I had to wait over a month to reread it again… now I actually read new books but yeah

I just had a fear of starting new books idk why 😭 And I would go into a bookstore and get overwhelmed and not know what to buy so I’d just reread books again… and occasionally read a new book every month or two 😭 I finally stopped that when I got gr and I became a much faster reader and had less reading slumps lol

I never re-read or re-watch anything (besides holiday movies which I am bored in). Ofc my memory sucks and I don’t remember everything but I still know the main plot and that’s enough for me. I LOVE the seven year slip (as literally everyone knows) but will I ever re-read it? No, probably not.
