John try's to get sick with the mumps before his brother so he could be the one to salt the wound instead of his brother because his mother has a system if one gets sick she try's to infect everyone but the only problem is that by the time the other two get sick the first person is already better. John sneaks into his friend Howard Kay who is sick with the mumps and infects John.
