I was so excited for this read. It has all of the fall vibes, and I wanted to venture out to a contemporary romance that had nothing to do with sports or cowboys. I am sad to say that I did not connect with the FMC at all, and the couple's chemistry felt non-existent. I found myself being invested in the two daughters than I did the main characters, and I was also bored af.
