UNBELIEVABLY... for the first time something interesting happened. for about 5 chapters of War i felt my blood rousing. of course undoubtedly now we'll go back to Peace and i'll have to try and remember who all these people are and who they're getting married to and how many babies they're having

Has anything happened? I’ve finished book 1. There are so many characters and all they want to do is talk about Bonaparte. Apart from one girl who kissed her cousin and one guy who got the family jewels despite being a bastard. Good for them honestly.
