Story #6 - La beauté sans vertu ⭐️
Yeah this story could have been nifty, but it didn’t land for me at all. It does do a good job of furthering the toxic culture of the fashion industry, but no real horror, gore, or much plot to this one.

Story #4 - You Go Where It Takes You - ⭐️⭐️
This story was…something. It was a very interesting concept and the slow reveal of the “motive” or whatever you call it was pretty neat. But the choices of the main character were SO INFURIATING!! No spoilers, but I did not like her one bit!

Ok well story #3 Painlessness was definitely a body horror story but it was also a bit unclear in its direction and ultimate goal. I felt sorry for Mara & whatever the heck was going on, but what exactly the heck WAS going on lol ⭐️⭐️

Ok so here are my snapshot reviews of the first 2 stories from this collection:
The Traveller's Stay by Ray Cluley
Not a terrible story at all! Bugs be gross so the thought of turning into one, not so cool.
Toother by Terry Dowling
Couldn't get into this one. Needed more backstory (I felt like I was reading the 2nd or 3rd novel in a series with this story). While the concept was neat, it didn't work
