I keep reading this book and I can't help but wonder why we keep making living in cities and in suburbs so hard. it is actually so simple when the objectives are mobility, affordability and flexibility. we keep running around in circles and the elephant in the room is always the same: we are forced to live miserably in cities because a few people profit out of the whole thing. lame.
