The structure of the writing so far feels very fragmented and hard to follow, with a mix of internal thoughts/dialogue, and disembodied narration. The font style changes, but it is still jarring to read non text in this style.
I also have found the explanatory exposition of tech and the world very matter-of-fact, which comes with the territory, but it feels very stereotypical "the Gleeps glorped with the leepos"

(My previous log was incorrect, I was going off memory, I was on page 40ish) In the handful of pages I've read since the last memo, I am enjoying the book much more. The exposition just took a lot out of me, and the action starting up has resulted in me enjoying it a bit more
