Not really. I just hadn’t updated it since I stopped and I wanted to make sure that I knew which page I left off on in case I pick it back up. Starting something new tomorrow.
It's worth it if you want to circle back. Taking a break might work in your favor. I'm telling you--dissociation. It was really good!
