In book 2 if memory serves, Joaquin was the first to find Gabriel in the woods and join him... So why in this 3rd book is Gabriel alone at the beginning and Joaquin in the city with Dior. Gabriel and Celine are lying in their tales. I just don't know what parts of their their stories are false and what's the truth.
I suspect Juaquin is not the only undercover in the castle.

Only 5 chapters in and I am so hooked already. This book is so fucking good. Jay Kristoff is just f*king brilliant. I love Aaron's character so much, and Gabriel. My heart is breaking for them.
