i wanted this book to be intimate in a salacious way, but in the end it was intimate in a poetic way. instead of talking to me about insomnia it kind of showed me insomnia in its form. i started "orbital" in the summer but i didn't finish it in time before i had to return it to the library- i would rather hear her thoughts on politics from space.
