Wendell Berry is absolutely captivating. I’ve read a few from this series, and I plan on finishing the whole series.
He certainly is! This may be a stretch but Wendell Berry and Port William is the American South’s version of Tolkien and Middle earth. Jayber Crow is Frodo without the rink of course but faithful his shire till the end.
