Starling and Raven keep banging but I have yet to read a scene between them that has actual chemistry. Raven sucks and we’re supposed to just believe Starling loves him based on her word…it’s very Telly instead of showy. It’s annoying.

A spy, trained in poison recognition and on a “very important mission” fails to realize she’s about to consume poison until she’s already consumed it….

Is there supposed to be chemistry between Starling and Raven? Am I the problem?? Or is there going to be a different romance set up later in the book? Cause so far I HATE him, and them as a potential ship.

She’s one of the harpaurai, I just know it but I can’t prove it
