11-27.pg100. We’ve been here before; having to take the lead mare off the range. If you can’t think of individual plots there shouldn’t be this many books in the series. This one is much thicker than the others. I’m with her friends on this, exasperated at her horse hijinks all the time. I don’t agree with keeping the horse secret.

Sam was too annoying in this one. How many times can you get in trouble for something and then keep doing it?? Is she ever gonna grow up? All the drama and trouble she got in could have easily been avoided. I did like the ending though, the way everything came together, the training she learned she ended up putting to use! I see the bad guys will continue to the next book.
