YOU. DONT. FUCKING. SAY. How many times can the author use the same excuse (thoughtlessness) to push the plot along? I am literally crashing out

What the hell did you think was going to happen, sharing a kiss with someone you aren’t betrothed to IN PUBLIC in the MIDDLE of trying to plan an escape. Oh my god this book is making me so angry

I’m so disappointed:( the first book was guilty pleasure but this book I am struggling to not DNF the writing is so bad.

They literally sealed off all the exits, but she has a panic attack and finds her way outside and all they have to say about it is “wow not sure how that happened!” This happens OVER AND OVER again and the plot is just losing all credibility for me. So disappointed.

Silas character development is so forced and I don’t believe any of it. I’m constantly rolling my eyes at this point of the book.

Silla getting praised and dropping the jaws of all of these weathered, intense and decorated warrior rebels is so freaking cringy, unbelievable, and forced 😭 why Demi whyyyyy

Also so very very convenient that the right person happened to be at the falconry tower. What the actual hell were they thinking? This writing is pissing me off

Unfortunately the writing quality has declined so significantly that I’m barely interested anymore… but I will stay for the romance. May return both books lol
