One of the books that doesn’t feel quite right to rate. A lot of great stuff here. A strange balance between mundane realism and surreal grandiosity of a biblical fable.
Conceptually, there’s so much I like about the book. It feels like the rare, proper adaptation of Nietzschean ideas into a novel (for wrong adaptations, please see the entire output of Ayn Rand).
