the writing is ? really immature so far which i thought was bc it was in the viewpoint of a teenager but even the parts where they’d usually narrate about the adults, it seems so airy? a lot of telling no showing and not done well. maybe its bc its my first time reading this author and for no apparent reason other than how they’re written i dislike all the characters; i dislike ted the least
