Claiming that image is primary to body and sensation is bold but overall convincing if you redefine sensation as only an internal thing that stops us from focusing on mind-world conjunctions (images). The account of memory is good, definitely agree that memory is more about a hallucination that produces duration (a sense of depth) in perception (synthesis). Uncertain if this is alike to intellectual labor.

Clear takes on Nietzsche and Bergson so far. Been a while since I’ve felt so excited about a philosopher. Very explosive and making some of theoretical moves of Steinberg and other anime scholars clearer to me. The translator’s introduction was confused and felt addressed to the imaginary opponents of Lazzarato rather than the first time reader of Lazzarato (who really is the more likely reader of the text).
