Not what I expected. The author brings up some rather bizarre addictions of some of her clients, as well as more typical ones. I’m listening to this as an audiobook, as opposed to reading a physical or ebook. As the book has moved along, some chapters have presented more scientific information, which is harder for me to register when listening versus reading.
