Nearing the end. Important stuff is happening left and right but I don't seem to care about any of it. Sad

This is actually painful to read. The world building is pretty good I just do not connect with any of it and I feel too old for it.

This was super to be my super fun entertaining read to inhale between heavier reads but I'm having a hard time getting into it. I find every axie oh I've read so far to have close knit family dynamics that I don't relate to and it always mentions losing children.
I'm still interested to know what happens next
