I can't stop laughing. Trying to develop a silent laugh for later at night. It helps make this even more enjoyable that we are roughly contemporaneous and thus the references to advertising, pop culture and all round nonsense are very familiar. William is as funny and as generous in real life (at least when he is in the airport departure lounge) as he is in print and a very talented man.
