One of my favorite comedy skits, Haly!
Berengaria, I can hardly believe your exclamation.......unless I ask myself, "master of what could she mean?" Seems his humor would not typically appeal to you (although he does do a great job with religion, language, and politics!), some of it is even too offensive for me!
oh, I adored Carlin! I enjoy political humour, although you could say that all Carlin really did was give op ed pieces. He didn't so much make "jokes" as rant about the screwed up state of America. Cursing in comedy doesn't bother me at all and I do think he was right about a lot.
A bona fide Carlan Fan, glad to hear this, B! True that the majority of his books and magazine spots were more op-ed. Much of his live stand up comedy also included great puns and situational jokes related to the tangles of every day life in America at that time, much of which still applies to life in America today 💛🧚♀️🙋🏼.
