I DNF’d this book. I wasn’t really feeling the fact that he made a very questionable and disturbing character’s name “son of man”. And throughout the book I just couldn’t keep up with the plot. The book is very all over the place. I did think it was interesting the way the author kind of put the Jewish community and the Black community side by side. I wish he would’ve leaned more into that history.
