Determined to finish this before the new year

I am finding this to be so interesting. I absolutely love Caroline Hay's writing style and the manner with which she explains things. Makes this book feel super approachable.

I just finished chapter 1 and I really love how she approaches and explains her points. Super excited to read this over the next week.
