I originally bought this book just to draw faces. But this year I'm revisiting it for the art-journaling and mixed-media (which is the last thing I was interested in when I ordered this book last year). I'm not going to start art-journaling, but I founf when I create a certain vision of what I want my week to look like in my planners, I worry less about the future and I'm more able to live in the moment. Weird.
