I'm curious what you think of this - I've tried picking it up twice and then put it back down again without finishing

It’s weird. I’ve been meaning to do it for years and have heard generally good things about the Buffy comics? I’m enjoying this one but the style and Whedon-ness does feel a bit dated? I’m also obsessed with how s7 ended so this story is always going to feel tacked on or not super necessary to me

Oh yeah I absolutely agree. There were a couple of things I liked, such as Xander and Dawn, and Anya’s ghost rocking up, but it definitely pales in comparison to the Angel comics that follow after *that* season finale.
