Okay I will admit that when Ron called the first years "midgets" I snorted even though I know it's so wrong. JKR just takin' shots at the minorities from day one. We should have known.

Remembering why I started getting frustrated with this series during these middle books because good god this is stressful to read. It's just so much anger and fighting. I know Harry is justified in how he feels but it's so hard to read. And it seems like this is the dawn of Hermione and Ron's toxic dynamic and Ron going from lovable derpy bff to a straight up buffoon.
