it’s frustrating me because i just feel that everyone in the empire should be shocked/in awe if the different coloured bloods + a queen etc. they are all treating it as normal! once again the last 3rd of the books is letting me down badly

okay so anoor is definitely being drugged, maybe with joba seeds? the war is beginning then, part 3 is looking like it will be the strongest in the book, hopefully!

i’m interested in jond being a major general, first he was characterised as someone with basic knowledge bc they’d been living cut off; but now he’s basically in command of an “army” or their security? how when he doesn’t even know the area/country/customs
