why does the majority of the book releases I was excited for and was anticipating just ends up disappointing me.

first the push and pull, second, there are a lot of things happening all at once at the same time, none.

UGH I HATE THIS MMC FRFR

i am all for women's right and wrong but zen is PMO she has no spine and is a pushover, easily weakens for the mmc. at the beginning though, I love her as a dragonrider, she is freaking cool and strong but she looses all those fight whenever mmc is in the vicinity. not even a grovel from him or anything
