I’m not sure why America’s Test Kitchen felt the need to publish this. I can make quesadillas, steaks, etc on my stove stop that is faster and tastier than the oven baked version offered here. There are some recipes that you might utilize - like pizza, meatloaf or the big pancake. A positive is that there is a photo of all recipes, except for the sauces - but they are photographed in the recipes they are used in.
