This book is a great read. The story progresses along a solid timeline, with very few flashbacks, which I appreciate. The characters are vivid, and it’s easy to follow the plot even though I haven’t read every book in this series. Books by this author are always a hit for me, a good mystery with some mythical and spiritual touches.

I’m enjoying it so far.
