Also, how did the editors not flag that in Act 2 Ch 1 Mags and Jonah have a Maltese named Zelda, but as their back story plays out it turns into a grey kitten, also named Zelda.
When Zelda was introduced, I wondered who let their Maltese sit on the table. That behavior is generally more accepted from cats. Is there a cat breed that is also a Maltese? I might not get over this…

This seemed like a good idea when I picked up this book. But more and more, I want to give up. How about a book where Mags leaves Jonah and sets up an art gallery and finds the right guy.
Lila sucks, Kurt sucks, Freddie is one dimensional, Karen sucks, Jonah sucks.
