Because along with failure, catching a break is not an option. gah!

And now we’re at the “both characters are having the feels but they won’t tell each other about the feels because reasons” part of the story.

I am so much more impressed with this installment than I have been the previous one (or maybe two).

This is the first Dark Olympus that doesn’t count as “fast romance” considering that we’re a year or so into an arranged marriage, so these two already have (batshit) history.

The fact that the reckoning has come in the midst of Olympian turmoil should probably surprise no one.
