Despite being a Dark Romance, I'm really enjoying the heart warming moments between Paige and her three wise men.

Paige has had a rough upbringing devoid of the love and affection from her parents. Seeing her needs being fulfilled really tugs the heartstrings. The way Tristan's family are with her is beautiful to witness. This evokes sympathy and understanding from myself as a reader of similar experiences.
