This book has gone from a 6/10 to a 9/10 very quickly. The way the book is pacing itself but also accelerating the story in a balanced way is making it very enjoyable to read.

The characters right now are all great. The author has been able to bring so much life to these characters with just a few words. There wasn’t much backstory to any of them but I feel like they’ve been there throughout the whole book

The book so far is good. For a start of a story, it has already brought my curiosity in, making me wonder, what’s going to happen next?
