It has been 202 pages of this and I simply cannot handle it anymore. The foreshadowing/cliff-hangers are not suspenseful, they’re annoying and feel cheap. It also seems that she’s trying to include at least one literary device (mainly metaphors and similes) in literally every sentence but that is annoying me too lol
But I’ll keep reading it anyway 🤪
