God. Her friends are the absolute worst. At this point, ditch everyone. Friends and family, because they are doing everything from emotional abuse to gaslighting the sh*t out of you. And your boyfriend is trash. Absolute, self-centered jerk.

This is why it’s so hard when you’re in a mentally toxic or abusive situation. The people who do care about you can’t help, get frustrated, give you an ultimatum with no actual plan or solutions, and back you into a corner where you basically lose them because they hate seeing you in a bad situation. Like how does losing the people you love help anything?
