Why does everyone dislike this book so much 🫣
@Ricarda that and the setting really lured me in. The MC's thoughts are like those of a typical YA protagonist and I've not been enjoying because of that.
@Mika I wasn't a fan of this author's 'Secrets of the Nile' duology so I'm not very surprised that I'm not enjoying this one.
